Written and designed by a junior athlete Yves, for other junior young athletes, budding enthusiasts and our little friends often sitting by the mats watching and observing their older siblings and friends take part in class or competition.

Each position in the book has been modelled by Yves and meticulously illustrated in a relatable way to encourage the next generation of Jiu-Jitsu athletes to be encouraged and inspired to participate on our wonderful sport.
