If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a replace policy subject to the following conditions:

  • Our replace policy does not cover change of mind.
  • Items must be in undamaged original condition.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date to claim a replace.
  • You will need to cover postage costs for exchanges/returns.
  • Returns are managed on a case-by-case basis.
